Fork Union Self Storage auctions off unit contents when people are delinquent on their monthly storage rent or leave belongings behind when they vacate the unit.  To free up space for new customers to rent, we auction off the items in the unit.

How Do Auctions Work?

Wondering how storage auctions work?  Don't worry; the process is very simple.  First, go to ​StorageTreasures.com and register for an account.  Here, bidders are allowed to view pictures of the unit contents being auctioned.  The contents of the unit are sold to the highest bidder.

Auction Rules

We know that every storage unit auction is different.   Below are the rules for auctions at Fork Union Self Storage:

• All sales are final
• All auction payments must be made in cash only
• All goods are sold "AS IS"
